These terms apply to your use of the Scenovix website at scenovix.com. By using the website you accept them. They do not cover the Scenovix application: access to the product is governed by separate terms agreed with each customer.

Information only

The website describes Scenovix and what it does. We work to keep it accurate and current, but it is general information, not an offer or a contract. Product screenshots show demo data.

No warranty

The website is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors or free of harmful components, and we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it, except where the law does not allow this to be excluded.

The roadmap is not a commitment

Features and sports described as planned, in development or on the roadmap show our current intentions. They may change or not be delivered, and they do not form part of any agreement. Please base decisions on what the product does today.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including its text, images, screenshots, design and code, and the Scenovix name and logo, belong to Scenovix or its licensors. You may view the website and share links to it. You may not copy, modify or reuse its content or brand for other purposes without our written permission, except where the brand page says otherwise.

Acceptable use

When you use the website, including the contact form, do not:

  • break the law or infringe the rights of others;
  • send spam, malicious code or misleading information;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the website or the systems behind it, or disrupt them;
  • scrape or copy the website at a scale that puts a load on it.
